Every summer I return to an all raw diet.
Some recent adventures in "cooking" include:
Flax crepes with lemon cashew cream and blueberries. Accompanied by apple, carrot, ginger, chard, cucumber and celery juice.
Easy lunch of avocado with mustard, sea salt and pepper, tomato cilantro salad and olives.
Cheesy kale chips going in
and coming out.
Coconut and cacao macaroons.
